The educational platform of the VALUE project: Valuing all Languages to Unlock Europe provides free material with methodological approaches, tools and teaching practices (innovative interactive teaching techniques, ICT, digital storytelling) that can be integrated into school programs to improve access and quality of education related to diversity in schools. The open interactive platform will be available to a wide range of organizations across the EU, for integration and use. You can access the platform here.

The Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth and the Pedagogical Institute of Cyprus offer training material in the framework of the program Training of Teachers in Teaching Greek as a Second Language - Training Material in the context of a series of seminars implemented during the year 2016-2017.

The program "Routes in Teaching the Greek Language" provides an electronic environment which includes practical suggestions and effective communicative activities for teaching Greek as a second/foreign language. This program is a supplement to the specialized distance training program of Routes.

The GEIA SAS book series for Primary Education is available on the KEDA website and you can download both the student's book and the teacher's book for free.

In the framework of the project "Identity and Diversity Picture Book Collections – IDPBC"! rich educational material on issues related to diversity was developed. The project provides a digital environment, which includes powerful visualized stories about young protagonists who face diversity and explore issues of identity, diversity and social inclusion in depth and in a productive way.

The website Portal for the Greek Language offers comprehensive teaching proposals for the four skills for Greek as a foreign/second language. You can find both theoretical training elements on teaching the four skills using learning strategies and proposals for practical applications in the classroom for each skill.

In the context of the actions of the Interdepartmental Committee of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth, which includes representatives of the Directorates of Education (Secondary General, Secondary Technical and Vocational Education and Training, Primary Education), the Pedagogical Institute and the K.E.E.A., for the integration of children with a migrant background into the Cypriot educational system, the website aims to inform and support schools of all levels towards this goal. www.pi.ac.cy/pi
